Half Marathon
Half Marathon covers 13 miles of the dynamic and beautiful terrain starting in LeClaire, circling into the outer countryside of Bettendorf and returning full circle to the Black Watch Room located on Pebble Creek Golf course to join in the post race festivities, which will be a fun filled day until 4 pm for the entire family!! Great live entertainment (check out the bands on home page) and we also have the Kids Palace with bounce house, face painting, crafts and games!
Water stations will be located every 2 miles along the half marathon route and porta potties will be located at miles 4 and 9. Max Muscle will be sponsoring the course and will provide ARM recovery drink along with a shaker bottle to all participants!! The recovery station will be located at mile 7 of the course, to give you the fuel and energy to finish out your beautiful scenic race!
All finishers will receive: - a shiny finisher metal, an excellent goodie bag with items from local businesses, along with their bib number, sports performance race shirt, water bottle and chips for timing!
We will also be giving out awards to the top 3 male and top 3 female racers, along with some special awards! Join us!!

Runners will be able to pick up their Race Packets (including t-shirt, Bib Numbers, timing chip and other goodies) starting Thursday, May 15th, 2014 between 3pm and 7pm at The Black Watch Room in Le Claire, IA.
